Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions Thank you for choosing The Love Carriage for your Valentine’s Day experience! Please review the following terms and conditions: 1. Cancellation Policy • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled ride to receive a full refund. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are will be refunded minus a 20% fee. • Refunds will not be issued for late arrivals, missed bookings, or weather conditions. 2. Rescheduling • We understand that plans can change. Rescheduling is allowed once if requested at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. 3. Waiver Requirement • All participants are required to sign a liability waiver prior to boarding. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your booking. Your waiver will be available for Signature in your confirmation email. 4. Weather Conditions • The Love Carriage operates rain or shine; however, we reserve the right to cancel rides in the event of unsafe conditions. If we cancel, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund. 5. Arrival Time • Please arrive at your designated pickup point 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time.
